By using VersionTracker (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. Governed by the laws of the Philippines (Consumer Act RA 7394, E-Commerce Act RA 8792, Internet Transactions Act RA 11967, Data Privacy Act RA 10173, as applicable).
The Service monitors online files for changes and notifies you. You are responsible for your account and password and for all use under your account. Do not use the Service for illegal purposes, to access files without permission, or to overload or disrupt the Service. Plan limits (files, check intervals) apply as on the pricing page.
Fair & reasonable use: The Service is provided for reasonable, good-faith use. To keep the platform stable, reliable, and fair to all users, we may set, apply, and adjust technical limits at any time — including the maximum monitored file size, the number of monitored files, check frequency and intervals, request and download rates, storage, retention of historic versions, and overall bandwidth or resource usage. Files or requests that exceed these limits (for example, files above the applicable size limit) may be skipped, throttled, truncated, or not stored, and we may decline to monitor URLs that are excessively large, unreachable, or that place a disproportionate load on our systems. Current plan limits are shown on the pricing page and may change over time; we will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
Account suspension, limitation & termination: We reserve the right, at our reasonable discretion, to suspend, limit, throttle, or terminate any account or monitored file — with or without prior notice — where we reasonably believe there is a breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, non-payment, a security risk, or use that is excessive, unfair, or that threatens the stability, security, or integrity of the Service or other users. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy before taking action. This does not limit your statutory rights under applicable Philippine law. You may cancel your account at any time; the billing terms below apply to fees.
Paid plans (Essential, Advanced, Premium) include a 14-day free trial; you are not charged until the trial ends. The Free plan has no subscription fee. Once a paid subscription starts, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law (e.g. Consumer Act RA 7394). You may cancel at any time to stop future charges; cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. We may change fees with 30 days’ notice. Non-payment may lead to suspension or termination. Your statutory refund/repair/replacement rights under RA 7394 are unaffected.
Reseller: Paddle (paddle.com) is the official reseller for paid subscriptions. Your invoice will be in the name of Paddle and payments are processed by Paddle.
Data and privacy: see our Privacy Policy (RA 10173). We own the Service and its content (IP Code RA 8293); you keep rights to files you monitor. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Liability: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law; mandatory Philippine law applies. We may terminate your account for breach, fraud, non-payment, or abuse. We may change these Terms; continued use is acceptance. Disputes: courts of the Philippines, unless your local mandatory law requires otherwise.
