We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewals or plan changes. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394), including the right to repair, replacement, or refund when the service is defective, not as described, or does not conform to what was agreed. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and as described in the Privacy Policy. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Watcher2 and are protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293) and applicable international intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the files you monitor.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Watcher2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to missed notifications, data loss, or service interruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by Philippine law (including under the Consumer Act or other mandatory provisions).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, except where mandatory consumer or data protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise.
